Hello Rosie, my name is Charlotte and I am another customer of Itch to Stitch. I saw your comment about not being able to pdf print. What *I* do personally is I use https://pdfplotting.com/ to do my printing. It’s cheaper than my local printing shop. I usually wait and send a bunch at once to get a better price and to save on shipping. I hope that helps!
