  3. Lara

  4. Anonymous

Easy make, elegant shirt. Be sure to find a fabric with drape.

  5. Anonymous

    Great style detail.

  6. undukas

It’s an elegant tank top with the gathers under bust and on the shoulder. I made mine from printed cotton jersey, but I have a slightly shiny fabric and I want to make an evening top from it. It would be so pretty and sophisticated.
I love that Itch to Stitch drafting is so continuous, I can already tell how the garments are going to turn out. Thank you!

  7. Anonymous

    Love the built-in FBA.

  8. Merrily

True to measurements. Fits well. Arm holes high enough for modesty but don’t bind. Easy to sew.

  9. Karen

Love it so easy to get a good fit with detailed explanation of how to change bust size

  10. Mari

I love how this pattern fits on me! It compliments body shape. I am planning to make more. Thank you.

  11. Deborah

Kennis, thank you for listening to your customers! This is a very flattering tank style. Your testers look absolutely stunning in their creations. I like the fact the patterns represent all shapes and sizes. Seeing the designs worn helps me decide. It’s obvious that your models feel and look good in something that fits and is flattering. Important considerations for someone like me (older, full figured).

  12. Maria

  17. Denise

    Beautiful, current and chic!

  18. Ruth

    Hello Kennis,
Yes! I love this pattern especially the curved under bust piece ,the dart placement, and the neckline . Is there a way to make this long sleeve for winter ??
Could you draft a long sleeve for this or recommend a sleeve from another pattern ? Maybe do this on a blog post or sew a long 😁
    Thank you so much
    Ruth

    • Kennis Wong

Hi Ruth, this pattern is a tank top, so a good part of the shoulder is not covered. You can really put a sleeve on it without redrafting shoulder and the armhole.

  19. April

I like the way these patterns fit me and they are excellently drafted. Also, I really like all the ambassadors for Itch to Stitch.

How to choose your size

  1. Determine if you should use the regular bust front pieces or the full-bust front pieces—subtract the circumference of your over bust from the circumference of the fullest part of your bust. If the rounded difference is 3″ (7.5 cm) or less, use regular bust; if it is more than 3" (7.5 cm), use full bust.

  2. Compare your bust circumference (fullest part) to the “Body Measurements” table. Using the corresponding row for your bust (regular bust or full bust), choose the size that best fits your bust. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size if you like your garment more fitted; otherwise, choose the bigger size.

  3. Compare your waist circumference (narrowest part) to the “Body Measurements” table. Choose the size that best fits your waist. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size if you like your garment more fitted; otherwise, choose the bigger size.

  4. Compare your hip circumference (widest part) to the “Body Measurements” table. Choose the size that fits your hip best. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size if you like your garment more fitted; otherwise, choose the bigger size.

  5. It’s OK to use different sizes for the bust, waist and hip. The instructions for blending sizes are included in the pattern.

  6. If you are taller or shorter than 5’6” (168 cm), you should consider lengthening or shortening the garment. The instructions for lengthening or shortening are included in the pattern.
