Material

Primary Fabric Use a lightweight knit fabric with at least 75% horizontal stretch. Fabric with good drape, such as one with rayon or bamboo content, is ideal. The front cowl will drape lower if using 4-way stretch fabric and higher if using 2-way stretch fabric.

Other Material

  • 42" (107 cm) of 3/8" or 1/2" (1 cm or 1.25 cm)-wide straight fusible stay tape (or you may cut your own using lightweight woven fusible interfacing on the straight grain)

Fabric Requirements

Most natural fibers shrink in the wash; be sure to have enough fabric. The requirements below assume that the fabric is already pre-shrunk.

    Excellent!

Classic, and beautiful! What more needs to be said. A comfy T in disguise. It looks more complicated to sew than it is. Don’t pass this by thinking it will be a challenge. I would almost classify this as an instant gratification project. Cut and sew in the evening and wear the next day.

    Fantastic pattern

  4. Bernice

I made 3 Plitvice tops and they are in constant rotation during the warmer months. The drape front neckline is very flattering.

  5. Rhonda

  7. MELODY

I love the elegant drape in the front and plan to create work friendly, comfortable tops with it.
