Stacey does lots of sewing for her children, and I am glad that with the minimal time she has for herself, she chose to sew up Marbella Dress. “I have been sewing since I was about 10 – just making little bits and pieces on my mums sewing machine to start with, and then making myself clothing. Since having my two beautiful children I have started to sew more and more, making them little outfits, and making myself practical handbags to fit all their stuff into!! I just love the satisfaction to create something from a flat piece of fabric… Oh, and I LOVE fabric! Such a hoarder!!”
Stacey sewed up a wearable muslin out of an old suit in a lovely blush fabric. And then she sewed her final version with a super lovely mint green fabric. Note the excellent placement of the fabric to accentuate her figure too. Go check out her review of Marbella Dress on All Sew Up by Stacey!
