Featuring front and back princess seams, as well as a center front seam, the Tallinn is a pattern that comes in three views: Peplum top, regular top and dress. The Tallinn also comes in additional front pieces for full-bust figures! So hooray for no full-bust adjustment!

Material
Primary Fabric Use knit fabric with about 75% horizontal and vertical stretch as well as good recovery. Jersey, interlock, double-brushed poly, ITY and French terry are good choices. Keep in mind knit fabric with more stretch and drape results in a more relaxed and longer fit, and vice versa.
Fabric Requirements
Most natural fibers shrink in the wash; be sure to have enough fabric. The requirements below assume that the fabric is already pre-shrunk.

How to choose your size
- Determine if you should use the regular bust front pieces or the full-bust front pieces—subtract the circumference of your over bust from the circumference of the fullest part of your bust. If the rounded difference is 3″ (7.5 cm) or less, then use the regular bust front; if the rounded different is more than 3″ (7.5 cm), use the full bust front.
- Compare your bust circumference (fullest part) to the “Body Measurements” table. Using the corresponding row for your bust (regular bust or full bust), choose the size that best fits your bust. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size if you like your garment more fitted; otherwise, choose the bigger size.
- Compare your waist circumference (narrowest part) to the “Body Measurements” table. Choose the size that best fits your waist. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size if you like your garment more fitted; otherwise, choose the bigger size.
- Compare your hip circumference (widest part) to the “Body Measurements” table. Choose the size that fits your hip best. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size if you like your garment more fitted; otherwise, choose the bigger size.
- It’s OK to use different sizes for the bust, waist and hip. The instructions for blending sizes are included in the pattern.
- If you are taller or shorter than 5’6” (168 cm), you should consider lengthening or shortening the garment. The instructions for lengthening or shortening are included in the pattern.

Great pattern! The princess seams make this a flattering and versatile style. My first version I made as a sports top in merino. My second version will be some scraps busting with the side panels. Close fit, as pictured, so adjust if you want a looser fit. I did, and adjusted the side seams, as the shoulders are true to my normal size. Will make many!
