  1. Erica Wynter

    Love the fit

  2. Lane

Such a nice pattern. relaxed fit while still having a bit of shape. easy make. I made the cowl version in french terry and round necked version in a light rayon spandex…both worked great!

  3. Diane

Love this pattern. I love to sew with knits and the cowl neck version is one of the easiest knit patterns since there is no hem or neckband to trip you up. I made it in Mathilde Sweater Knit Sage from Hart’s fabric. It was only my second attempt using a sweater knit. The first attempt didn’t go so well, but this came out perfect. Already looking for fabric to make another!!

  4. Heather

Sibiu is beautiful and flattering, and it’s a quick and simple sew!

  5. Shannon

I am not pleased with the way the letter size 00-20 pattern printed. The pattern pieces extend beyond the margins of each page and it will be extremely difficult to tape or fold the pages together to get accurate pattern pieces. What happened with the files for this pattern? This is the first time I have encountered this problem with one of your patterns and I have been ordering and downloading pdf patterns for years. Was this intentional or in error?

    I

    • Kennis Wong

Hi Shannon, thanks for your response. That is intentional. This is not much different from the previous format; you still have to cut at the tile line and align the tile lines and circles. The benefit of this format is that you no longer have to print using the “Auto Portrait/Landscape” setting and the necessary content will be printed (hence reducing the risk of printing incorrectly). Whether the content extends beyond the tile lines should not create any problem (or difference) for you. You are still aligning the lines as usual. Have a great day!

  6. Darlene

    Easy fit

  7. WTEK

I’ve only been sewing for a year and this pattern was super easy to sew. Her directions are great and the pieces fit together perfectly. The fit was great based on her measurement chart (I blended sizes and shortened it to fit me how I wanted.) I immediately ordered more fabric to make more!

  8. Zoe

All your patterns are very precise love them allπŸ‘πŸΌ

  9. Helen

Very happy with this pattern, cut out and sewn up in an afternoon. Looks great on me and I plan to make another one with a cowl neck this time!

  10. sue

Lovely pattern clear instructions and many options

  13. Melisa

Great fitting pattern with a professional looking cowl neck option, or a sweatshirt option. A very stylish, quick to sew pattern!

  14. David

Beautifully drafted pattern, as always, I’ve now made two. Despite the name below, I am female πŸ™‚.

  15. Catherine

So happy i found your patterns! I am hard to fit and in my seventies but love the simple styles, great instructions and over all easy fit. I will be making many more!

  16. Arnetta

Very easy pattern. I modified the width of hip band due to
Not having enough fabric. But top came out great. I plan make several more!

  17. Lynne

I love this top, and so easy to sew with the great instructions.

  18. Wendy

Another beautiful top. Goes together amazingly well and fit is great. Will be a staple in my wardrobe.

  19. Kirsty

This was the quickest and easiest item I have ever sewn. I am wearing it right now! I made a cowl neck and long cuff option. The only adjustments I will make with my next one, is I want to add thumb cuffs and maybe lengthen it a few inches. That is just my preference, the one made exactly to the pattern is lovely and so comfortable. x

  20. Kara

Love this pattern, went together beautifully and was exactly what I was looking for!

  21. Anonymous

Loved everything about this pattern, except the sleeve cuffs for the short sleeve version were way too tight. I had the fabric stretched as far as it would go in order to attach it to the sleeve.

  22. Anonymous

A really well fitting and easy sew pattern. Itch to stitch patterns are just the best!

  23. Jean

This is an easy, versatile pattern. The fit is true to the measurements.

  24. Nelleke

This is such a wardrobe staple. Since I sewed 2 up, they end up in the washing machine each week! Comfortable but stylish in one = winner !!

  25. JAnet

Love the pattern. Going to make one with s lace shoulder insert next.

  26. Delphine

Easy sewing ! In just one day you can gat your Sibiu Top ! This is an addictive pattern with so many options. Love it !

  27. Louise

  28. JEan

I’ve made 4 cowl neck Sibius for my family so far! Love this pattern and will probably make more. Keep up the good work designing great patterns! I’m watching for them!

  29. Catherine

An easy sew that gives a very wearable, stylish sweater. The instructions and drafting are, as always with ITS, excellent. I have made two and will make more.

  30. Christine

I actually already sewed this up, unlike many patterns that sit, waiting. Quick sew, yay, great fit as always. You are one of the few pattern makers who gives a recommended fabric stretch percentage which is so dang helpful. Finding the right fabric for the project, though, is still where I personally get hung up. Thank you for giving details!

  31. Anonymous

Lovely top with lots of style options. I like that it has the bat wing sleeve but yet is not boxy all over. It still has a flattering style. Directions are clear and easy to follow. Great next step for someone who has mastered the classic T. It crosses the seasons with the sleeve length and variety of fabrics that can be used. A wardrobe must!

  32. karen

That pattern and instructions are great as always. The top itself is a dream. Its so classy and comfortable

  33. Cyndie

Instant gratification sew! Super quick to make, fits great and is flattering.

  34. Chantal

Wonderful shirt, fit perfectly, and confy too

  35. Janet

I really enjoyed making this top. It worked up really quickly and is perfect for the winter months.

  36. Kayla

I love the Sibiu pattern!! The inset sleeves are so unique and a fun feature. As with all itch to stitch patterns the attention to detail is wonderful!

  37. Tine

    Love it

  38. Cathy

    Your patterns are the best!

  39. Brigetta

Awesome easy top to make, nice variations as well. Definitely more to come for Autumn and winter.

  40. Deborah

Love the design esthetic. Looks great on all figure types (see tester versions). The designs are always well drafted and thought out. My favourite pattern company!

  41. Marilou

I made this top, with no pattern changes with the long cuff and cowl neckline. It fits great, the only change is the sleeves need to be shortened by 1 inch. Marked the pattern ready for the next one.

  42. Gillian

I love how quick and simple to sew this sweater is.

  43. Wynne

This was such a fun and quick pattern to put together. πŸ’“

  44. Rachel

I made this top out of a cabled knit fabric. It turned out just beautiful! The pattern was fast and easy. My two favorite things.

  45. Susan

I made the long sleeve cowl neck version using a sweater knit. Sizing was spot on for the measurements listed for a Sz 14. I am 5’5” tall and did not need to make any pattern adjustments. I will make this easy well designed pattern again.

  46. Anonymous

Simple beautiful design and the bust cup sizes allow for lovely fit.

  47. Elizabeth

The Sibiu top is another excellently drafted pattern from Kennis Wong. If you’re looking for a beautiful dolman top pattern with versatility, you can’t go wrong with Sibiu!

  48. Denise

    Great top! Fast sew!

  49. Christie

I love this pattern and all other patterns I’ve downloaded. They are so user friendly and easy to follow!

  50. Karin

This was my first Itch To Stitch pattern, and I will definitely be purchasing more in the future. The pattern is very well drafted and the fit is perfect. Great instructions too!

  51. Denise

Flattering tops, can be smart or casual. Very easy make!!

  52. Brita

This was a nice easy pattern. I liked that it was designed not to need a hem. It’s nice to be able to sew a knit project completely on my serger.

  53. imeldac21

This was such an easy sew, took only about an hour and fits so nicely! Pattern was so well-drafted. I need to make more of these!

  54. toyboxorphan

This top went together so easily and came out perfect. I made a long sleeve with a cowl neck, but I’ll be trying out all the options. I’m not sure I can have too many of these in my wardrobe.
