How to choose your size
Compare your hip circumference (widest part) to the “Body Measurements” table. Choose the size that fits your hip best. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size if you like your garment more fitted; otherwise, choose the bigger size.
Because this pattern is pull-on style pants, do not use a smaller size at the waist, or you might not be able to pull the pants up past your hip.

Loved sewing this pattern! The instructions are spot on. I made a pair of joggers in an athletic fabric which turned out great, but unfortunately too large based on my hip measurements (I’m apple-shaped with a bit of a tummy, wide hips and smaller legs). But… I cut the next smaller size for the waist/hips and graded down 2 sizes from the thighs down to get a near perfect fit on my new ponte pants! I’m only 5 feet tall, so I cut off the bottom of the legs from the slit down (also took a couple of inches off at the shorten lines) and they are so awesome. My first pair of me-made pants that don’t look like clown pants! This will be a staple pants pattern for me. Next project is to tackle the joggers with my adjustments in a french terry.

Mixed feeling, the instructions are really clear and easy to follow but I must have a very different rear and thigh shape to the block as I really struggled to get the seat and thigh area looking smooth. I also found the front rise to be very low compared to the the back, I had expected this to sit at the natural waist and it was much lower on me so I would recommend measuring well before starting, as the pattern suggests. I had similar issues with another pants pattern from this site so I suspect it will continue. The instructions are great though.

Great pattern

I have just completed the cuffed version of these joggers to wear as pyjama pants. Zero alterations and very pleased with how they fit. I’m looking forward to making future pairs for casual day wear as they are so comfy and well drafted.
Patricia –
Easy to understand directions
Jacqueline –
They are just what I have been looking for. I’m 5’ 3” and I can’t buy this sort of thing in the shops as the gusset is always too long. Knowing I can make these fit my proportions is a massive bonus. Thank you.
Becky –
The bustle joggers are such an easy make. They are very well designed and comfortable. My new favorite pants!
Rebecca –
Great directions for sewing the pant. I had to enlarge the
legs a bit as the fit was too tight for my arthritic knees.

I really enjoyed making the Nusle joggers! I used a piece of fabric from my stash that wasn’t the best but will be purchasing more when I get to the city. The vented sides were so cute!
Maddie –
Goed patroon, niet te wijd.
Linda –
Very straight forward to make, only took me an afternoon and I’m a not particularly fast with my sewing. Love the more fitted style and high waist band, which sits comfortably on my natural waist. Made the full length with ankle cuff. Will definitely make more.
Lisa –
Unsleeping joggers are so easy to make! I love this pattern and will use it again! My joggers turned out great! I think I’m going to try them on stretchy denim next!
Janet –
Easy sew. Used same crotch adjustments I made for Fortuna pants and got a perfect fit. Also made with a pocket bag instead of topstitching to leg. The Nusle Joggers are my latest go to pants. Plan on making shorts too.
PATRICIA –
Hi 😊 I love all your patterns, the fit is second to none on all that I have purchased, and the styles are so beautiful, keep up the great work xxx
Rae –
I loved this pattern. I made some gym joggers, capri length
Everything went well
Tina –
Very nice pattern. Fit great, super comfy.
Pam –
Perfect fit. The only adjustment I made was to length them because I am much taller than the pattern is designed for.
Pat –
Excellent pattern from Itch to Stitch. I made a toile of the Nusle jogger version, but they turned out so well I’m wearing them as pj bottoms 😊
Suzette –
Great pattern! Super easy to assemble with really clear directions. I made a straight 10 with length adjustments for my 5’1” daughter. She loves them. The pockets are nifty-minimal bulk but still functional.
Suzanne –
Super comfortable
Susan –
These are great.

So far every pattern I’ve made I love them!
