I am loving this! I am so satisfied! As a bit of a beginner (6 months of youtube and one 3-afternoon class) I can’t believe I MADE this! I was a little intimidated by the Hong Kong seams (frankly any seam-finishing ) so haven’t tried them yet. But I’m loving wearing this in a medium weight navy boucle. Can’t wait to make another and maybe one day tackle those seams properly 🙂

The sizing was perfect for the jacket … but while everything else fit perfectly, the sleeves were waaaayyy too tight!

I made a sleeveless version (I finished the armholes with bias binding, no other alterations) from suiting fabric and I really like it. I think it makes my outfit so put together 🙂
